Prozessbericht vom 29. Verhandlungstag am 30. September 2014

*Deutsch unten*

The judge started today’s session with a very private question who the accused get along with each other at the moment, which was not relevant at all for the trial. After this pleasant opening the judge went over to the usual procedure. They continued with the telephone recordings, starting with S and working though to BB.

As before, the judge summarised some of the recordings, others were listened to and some even translated word by word, with the judge checking if certain phrases which the police had translated were contained in the recordings or not. However, the recordings did not clearify what exactly the accused should have done or what they should have gained. The only sums which were talked about were €20 twice and once €130 for buying someone a ticket to Italy. „I simply helped somebody. €130 for a train ticket to Italy – you can guess what’s how much is left over from that. And that`s why i’m here in court today?!“ one of the accused asked the judge.

Today’s session took only until 2pm, on Wednesday they will continue with point DD – one with more than 30 recordings.
